After a long day of exercise and enjoying the outdoors, come settle in front of the 102" x 52" Theater Sony Projection HDTV for a family movie night or enjoy many of the indoor games such as pool, ping pong, skee ball, pop a shot and many others!
The lodge at Grand Tara is equipped with an backup generator just in case of a power outage. A landline is available at the lodge for making phone calls.

Covid 19 Notice
Due to Covid 19, our cleaning protocols have increased, and the following are steps we are taking to ensure the property and guests are as safe as possible as we all navigate through this COVID-19 outbreak.
Please know that our cleaning teams will be paying extra attention to all high-touch surfaces including door handles, faucet handles, remote controls, games, etc. We use an EPA registered sanitizer known as H2Orange2 which is proven effective in killing 99.99% of bacteria.
Most indications are that the virus is not as able to easily survive or be transmitted from soft surfaces as it is hard surfaces. This being said, please know that our laundry facility uses commercial washing and drying equipment with the same chemical programs as most hotels across the United States. Bedding and towels will come out of the wash completely sanitized and ready for the next guest.

The lodge is absolutely incredible and we will definitely be staying again in the future!Stayed there in March '22 with group of 12 and the entire family had a blast. Plenty of space for kids and adults to hang out and then some with downstairs bar/projector screen, game room off kitchen, basketball court in pole barn,and the main living room. Kitchen and dining area were more than big enough to accommodate everyone during meals.
The amenities and games were incredible and we're a lifesaver due to inclement weather. By far the best cabin we've rented in Hocking Hills!.
We just spent a long weekend with extended family at this home. It was wonderful. We had 15 kids ages from 1-17years old.
Everyone had something to do. All the kids were busy playing in the game room which was great because its right off the kitchen. The older kids had a blast in the outside barn basketball and dodgeball area.
The pool was perfect for everyone and there was a nice area outside to sit and watch the kids. We did have a little bit of issues. We called the owner and he was out the next day to fix it and address the issues right away.
When talking to the owner we found out that he just bought the pass a year prior and has been working hard on getting all the issues address in the house. I was nervous going into this seeing some negative reviews about this home. But it was such a great time.
I would definitely stay there again.
Excellent property for large groups. Enough to keep kids of all ages entertained.
