Peak Season

  • 3 nights minimum at In-Season Rates for Super Bowl Weekend, 4th of July & Christmas-New Years
  • 4 nights minimum at In-Season Rates for Memorial Day, Labor Day & Thanksgiving
  • Rates Based on 18 Guests - Additional guests up to 22 at $25 / night
  • $125 cleaning fee per stay
  • No Visitors allowed or Lodge Hopping (people coming from other Lodges or Cabins to use The Facility)
  • 2023 rate increase of $30 per night

Policies

  • No visitors without permission and may result in additional charges
  • 50% deposit required to hold any reservation.
  • The balance is due three weeks prior to arrival. 2nd payment and damage hold will be taken automatically.
  • A $500 security deposit will be taken 2-3 days before arrival and welcome letter will be sent with entry instructions. Please note, this is an authorization only. and will be refunded/released to you within 10 days of your departure unless damage to the property is determined to be caused by your party.
  • Check-In 4:00 pm, Check-Out 11:00 am.
  • Absolutely no smoking Inside the Lodge or game rooms
  • No pets.
  • Policies are subject to change without notice.
  • Reservations accepted up to 15 months in advance.
  • All holidays are charged at peak season unless otherwise stated.

Cancellations

Takes effect the day you are charged 50% of your stay. There will be $200.00 fee for any cancellation plus 4% for card charges. The refund will be given within 2 weeks of cancellation NO EXCEPTIONS.

Travel Insurance is HIGHLY recommended for all guests and is the guest’s responsibility. If you cancel your reservation within 60 days of your stay, 75% of the total cost of your stay will be refunded, minus the $200.00 for cancellation fee and 4% for card charges.

If you cancel within 45 days of your stay you will not receive a refund. The only exception to the 60 and 45-day cancellation policy is if the lodge is re-booked for the price and dates of your cancelled stay.

No cancellations or refunds due to Acts of God Clause.

Provisions

  • All linens, towels and soaps provided
  • Keurig and drip coffee makers
  • Two large crock pots
  • Multiple blenders and other mixing utensils
  • Limited trash bags and paper towels provided but you may need to bring additional supplies for large parties and extended stays.
  • Dumpster on grounds
